Order Processing and Shipping

The Sandbox Children's Boutique accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Be sure to include your correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout.

Orders are typically processed the same day or within 24 hours. Usually, if the order is placed by 1 pm Monday through Friday, it will be shipped the same day. Online orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.

If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order, and you will receive an email confirming the items in your order that were processed. You will only be charged for items that are in-stock and processed. If all of the items on your order are out of stock, then your order will be canceled, your credit card charge will be voided, and a notification email will be sent to you explaining the reason for cancellation.

 

Shipping and Store Pickups

The Sandbox Children's Boutique has an $10 shipping fee. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Bogg Bags are not included in the free shipping.  We use USPS for shipping. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing and shipping, including store pickups. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped, or it is ready for pickup. 

Returns

We hope that you are satisfied with your order, however, we do know that is not always the case. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can help you! All returns will be for store credit only. 

The items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The items must have the original tag still attached. Refunds will be issued as a store credit that can be used online and in the store. Shipping is non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. We do not offer free returns or exchanges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging an item, you will have to pay the shipping for us to ship the new item back to you. When we receive the item in the mail, you will be notified so that you can pay the shipping cost.

 You cannot return an item if it has been past the 30 day period. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.
